"Failure doesn't come from falling down.  Failure comes from not getting up!"  How a team responds to a loss, shows a lot about the character of team.   Following the loss to UPJ, the Lions boarded a bus for Scranton for a showdown with Bloomsburg University.  Behind the outstanding goaltending of freshman Ryan Cornelius and freshman forward Daniel Wilson's first ever collegiate hat trick, Penn State Altoona would go on for a decisive 10-4 victory.  The Lions would strike for the first five goals.  Nico Gricco would tally 2:45 into the contest (assisted by Asdorian and Jeff Hagan).  Wilson would tally his first of the night (assisted by sophomores David Bramley and Jack Lawn).  Jeff Hagan would make it 3-0 (assisted by Gricco and Asdorian).  Luk Devoski would make it 4-0 on a one timer from freshman Mitch Gregory.  Armen Asdorian would score his first ever college goal from Gricco and Lyons.  Bloomsburg would make it 5-2 before Asdorian would tally his second of the game from Gricco and Hagans.  David Bramley (Brams) would tally his first of the season from sophomore Jack Lawn and freshman Jeff Hagan.  Zach Lyons would net his second power goal of the season in the third period (assists from Asdorian and Fedena).  Wilson would then turn sniper going top shelf and scoring the Lions final two goals with assists from Lawn, Bramely, and Fedena.  Ryan Cornelius would earn the teams first MVP belt turning away 25 of 29 shots.  Coach Lantz was very pleased with his teams effort and how they responded.  "We are going to have some growing pains, but we are gonna get better every week."
